JACLYN SMALL
About
For the past 15 years Jaclyn has served in various local church leadership positions from preaching and teaching to leading women's ministries and serving on church leadership councils. A great shift in her ministry took place after a decade of deep processing and pruning. Being baptized in the ministry of suffering, and commissioned into her apostolic call-- Jaclyn's heart for strengthening and maturing the bride became evident in her ministration.
Formerly a leadership development coach to c-suite executives and leaders in large corporations, Jaclyn saw how similar leadership in the church was to corporate America-- power based, hierarchal and dominating. While she coached executives, the cry of her heart was to bring reformation to church leadership, as she was once a leader who needed that reform in her own heart.
Marked by her own healing and deliverance, Jaclyn carries a governmental maternal grace for the Church—laboring to see God’s people healed, delivered, matured, and equipped to walk in authority. She has a particular burden to see the western Church move out of the old wineskin and into the revelation and full embodiment of life in Christ.
Jaclyn works relationally with churches serving as a trusted support to leaders— providing corporate and personal counsel and insight, fostering healthy relational dynamics, and leadership team trainings. Jaclyn is known for establishing apostolic order and Kingdom culture.
Jaclyn and her husband Taber, and three children, reside in Maryland where she serves on the council of their local assembly.
She believes her greatest disciples will emerge from her home. When she isn't homeschooling, sharpening the arrows in her quiver, and managing the home, she is traveling to minister in churches throughout the United States as sent by the Lord.
